Being Asian in the U.S. is a unique experience. In this group, we will explore the rewards and struggles of being Asian. Through sharing each other's life experiences, you may feel less alone in your difficulties and learn new ways to cope. Potential topics include family relationships, dating, identity, workplace stress, etc. This group is also a special place for you to experience a more authentic way of being and relating to others. If you are an Asian who wants a safe space to improve social skills and know more about yourself, this group is for you.
When: Mondays 6:30pm - 8pm
