Take time to chill

NYC is in serious winter now, and there's no better time to self care and recharge. Sometimes it takes more courage to rest than fight. If that's the case for you, maybe allow yourself just a few hours, or even minutes, to pause and temporarily let go. You will be amazed how much space that little break can free up. One of my favorite winter activities is binge watching while being wrapped up in my blanket. With the snow outside the window, what is your favorite way to relax?
